General

You have first install the mobile app on your smartphone by downloading ClubbyShop from App Store if you have an iPhone and from Play Store if you use an Android phone. On the start screen, choose to connect via Facebook or Twitter or click "New shopper".
After choosing your PIN code, you are done!
We recommend that you go to "Settings" en complete your profile bij adding a photo. So you will be easily recognized when you pick up your order. If you are at a shop, flash QR-code or NFC code. Then you can add the merchant. You can also click the icon to see merchants nearby. Don't worry, access to ClubbyShop is protected by your personal PIN code. Log on to our website and click your user name at the top right.
From this page, you can immediately block access. If you retrieve your phone, follow the same step to regain access.
Then send us an email (support@clubbyshop.com) from the email address tied to your ClubbyShop account and we will setup a new access recovering your account balances and orders.
And it's completely free of charge.

Orders

From "Merchants", choose the retailer and click "Discover shop". Browse items and click "Add to basket". Once your cart up, submit it by clicking then After you have introduced your order, you can follow it in "Orders".
Once ready, you receive a notification on your phone and an email.
If you have an iPhone, please check that you have allowed notifications for ClubbyShop and that Silent Modus is disabled.
Go to "Settings" to check this features.
If you are an Android user, you device will ring in an insistent manner.
Ring will stop as soon as you have confirmed reception of notification. Open the notification bar to handle it.
On the screen displayed, click "Confirm receipt".
If you have chosen a delivery mode in store, introduce you to the merchant and inform him the delivery number that you received with the push notification.
Under "Orders", you will also find this number.
If the merchant asks you to show if, click concerned order and choose "Show to merchant". You can try to cancel an order by clicking on it from "Orders". You will receive a confirmation stating whether cancellation was possible or not.

Coupons

With ClubbyShop, you are regularly rewarded.
You find all coupons by clicking "Coupons" tile
Coupons not yet enabled are displayed with a banner "To win".
When you checkout, you just have to choose which one you want to use by clicking "Coupons".
A coupon can be used for multiple orders as long as the amount is not fully exhausted.
 

Loyalty cards

If the card is tied to a merchant who participates to ClubbyShop, you have nothing to do. It is automatically added when you add the shop. However, you can manually add loyalty cards but number of earned-points is not available. If no internet connection is available, you can use Offline-mode. From the screen asking your PIN code, click .
Select "Display my card" then enter your PIN code.
 

Accounts

When you are logged, tap bouton and show your smartphone to the cashier. Your account will automatically be set up. Under "Accounts", you see all accounts.
Tap on one of them and you 'll see balances and a history of all transactions.
